Kurt was the Senior Pastor at Boynton Mennonite Church in Hopedale, IL from 2001-2016. He became the Senior Pastor at Bremen Missionary Church in September 2016. He graduated from Hesston College (KS) in 1993, Goshen College (IN) in 1995, and Lincoln Christian Seminary (IL) in 2001 where he obtained a Masters of Divinity degree. He authored four books; Living Out the Called Life, New Covenant Living, Changed by the King's Presence, and Humble King to Conquering King. He married Janelle on July 26, 2008.

Brandt and Kathy have been on staff since May of 2017. They are the proud parents of Meredith and Natalie. Brandt is a teacher at Bremen High School and Kathy is a stay at home mom.
